The high-speed tracked MINIDUMPER with high discharge and Pellicano 1000 EVO self-loader features an advanced level of active safety and the Honda GX630 engine with electric start. The “Industry 4.0” digital control panel not only monitors the vital values of the machine, with motion and tilt sensors offering a high level of safety, but also keeps a whole series of useful values for the operator on screen during use. Operation of the Pellicano 1000 EVO high-speed tracked minidumper outside authorized values is signaled by an audible alarm, while an undesirable event such as an accidental tilt is signaled by a prolonged alarm and sent to a digital platform, which alerts the company or site manager to the incident. The range comprises 3 versions: – Tipping bucket – High dumping tipping bucket – Rotating tipping bucket for side dumping

The high-level unloading system has been designed with “quadrilateral articulated” arms that allow the dumper to move into a horizontal position without being encumbered at the front by pantograph mechanisms that reduce its versatility when unloading the vehicle.

	Centering valves For added safety, the machine is equipped with centering valves that eliminate the possibility of increasing speed on descent (even with heavy loads) and making it stationary when stopped on slopes.
	Hydraulic system The machine is equipped with 3 gear pumps that guarantee the movement and use of all services. To complete the hydraulic circuit, a radiator keeps the oil temperature constantly below critical thresholds.There’s also a quick-connect hydraulic PTO (with a flow rate of 24 l/min at a pressure of up to 180 bar) for connecting tools, equipment and accessories such as hammers, circular saws, drills and the like.
	Tracks- Track tensioners Recovery springs mounted on the tensioning system prevent track and transmission components from tearing or being damaged. Thanks to the length of the tracks and the 4 support rollers on each side, the dumper is able to move loads even on rough, uneven or sloping ground up to a maximum incline of 30%. System of tilting rollers The tracks are guided by 4 rollers, 2 of which are fixed and 2 tilting, enabling the machine to negotiate even the most difficult obstacles in complete safety. Training undercarriage The undercarriage has been designed to ensure a low center of gravity, making the machine stable on all types of terrain. It is made of carbon steel with a minimum thickness of 5 mm. Ground clearance (16 cm) has been increased to overcome obstacles on uneven terrain. Equipped with lifting hooks.
