The MINI DUMPER with Side Exhaust and 1000 EVO self-loading shovel features an advanced level of active safety and Honda GX630 engine with electric start.

The “industry 4.0” digital control panel not only keeps an eye on the machine’s vital values, with motion and tilt sensors providing a high level of safety, but also gives the ability to keep a whole range of values useful to the operator on the screen during operation.

The use of the Pellicano 1000 EVO mini tracked side dump dumper outside the permitted values is highlighted by an audible alarm, while an adverse event such as an accidental tip-over is signaled with a prolonged alarm and is sent to a digital platform, which alerts the company or construction site manager, of the inconvenience.

The range includes 3 versions:

The high-dump system is designed with “articulated quadrilateral” arms that allow the dump truck to be climbed in a horizontal position without the front encumbrance of pantograph mechanisms that reduce its versatility when unloading onto vehicles.

	2 Overcenter Valves For added safety, the machine is equipped with overcenter valves, which eliminate the possibility of increasing the speed when descending (even with large loads) and making it immobile when stationed on slopes.
	Hydraulic system The machine is equipped with 3 gear pumps, which ensure the movement and use of all the services with which it is equipped. Complementing the hydraulic circuit is a radiator that keeps the oil temperature constantly below critical thresholds. There is also a quick-connect hydraulic power take-off (with a flow rate of 24 l/min at a pressure of 180 bar max) to connect tools, equipment, accessories, such as breakers, circular saws, drills or others.
	Tracks – Track Tensioners Recovery springs mounted on the tensioning system, prevent tearing or damage to the track and transmission components. Thanks to the length of the tracks and 4 support rollers on each side, the dumper can move loads even on rough, uneven or sloping terrain up to a maximum slope of 30%. Tilting roller system The track is guided by 4 rollers, 2 of which are they and 2 of which are tilting, enabling the machine to overcome even major obstacles safely. Undercarriage The undercarriage is designed to ensure a low center of gravity for the machine so that it is stable on all kinds of terrain.
